Cancellation Policy
Life Happens! We understand! We respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that failing to do so is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means that other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we will apply your payment to another appointment, and your payment will remain active for up to 30 days from the original appointment date. We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged in the event of a late cancellation. Emergencies and Illnesses: We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement Weather: In cases of inclement weather, late cancellations may occur. We will do our best to provide advance notice if we need to close or cancel due to bad weather, and we ask that you do the same. Please do not risk your safety trying to make your appointment. Late Cancellations Due to Emergencies, Illness, or Inclement Weather: Late cancellations due to emergencies, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in missed session charges, but this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
